We're hiring a Database Developer to write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures. This role is crucial for our application's data access layer. You'll work with application developers to ensure data is retrieved efficiently and securely. This contract position requires strong T-SQL or PL/SQL skills and a deep understanding of relational database concepts. You will be responsible for creating the logic that powers our application's interaction with the database.

As a Database Developer, you will be focused on the heart of our application: the database. You will be the expert on writing efficient and correct SQL. You will work side-by-side with our backend developers to build the data-intensive features of our product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Collaborate with application developers to design and implement the data access layer of our application.
• Analyze and tune the performance of database queries.
• Assist in the design of database schemas and data models.
• Create and maintain scripts for data migration and transformation (ETL).
• Ensure data integrity and security within the database.
