• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas, particularly Lytics, with expertise in market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in demand forecasting tools and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or advanced analytics platforms).
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate with global teams.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus for the Buenos Aires location.
