• Experience with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn) and ETL processes
• Familiarity with financial data concepts and regulatory compliance in banking
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
