• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in AWS, Azure, or DevOps tools preferred
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with proven expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including networking, security, and monitoring best practices
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and version control systems (Git); experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior engineers; excellent communication in English and Spanish
• Experience in fintech or high-traffic systems is a plus
