• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, IT operations, or systems engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automation tools (Terraform, Ansible), and monitoring solutions (Prometheus, ELK stack)
• Strong knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards (SOC 2, GDPR), and agile methodologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent are highly desirable
