• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of leading SRE teams in high-stakes environments, preferably in financial services
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), incident management (PagerDuty), and automation scripting (Python, Go)
• Experience with SRE best practices, including SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and chaos engineering
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to mentor teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Familiarity with compliance standards in finance (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS)
