In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining EDI processes that facilitate smooth data exchange between BabyList and our network of suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners. You'll analyze trading partner requirements, develop EDI mappings, and ensure compliance with industry standards to minimize errors and delays in order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities include monitoring EDI transactions for issues, collaborating with IT and operations teams to resolve discrepancies, and optimizing workflows to support our expanding inventory of baby essentials. You'll also contribute to system integrations, testing new EDI implementations, and providing training to internal stakeholders on best practices.
