• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services implementation or project management.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards in Mexico.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or similar software.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to travel within Mexico as needed.
