In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining embedded software applications that enhance the performance and reliability of our elevator and escalator systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to translate requirements into robust software solutions. Key responsibilities include developing application-level code for control algorithms, user interfaces, and communication interfaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards such as ISO 13849 and EN 81.

The position demands a deep understanding of embedded systems and a passion for creating efficient, scalable software that supports smart building technologies. You will participate in the full software lifecycle, from initial design and prototyping to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in embedded software development, particularly with C/C++ and real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems architecture, microcontrollers, and hardware-software integration
• Familiarity with application protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, or Modbus for industrial applications
• Experience with software testing, debugging, and version control tools like Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment
• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
