Your responsibilities will include administering participant enrollments, scheduling one-on-one sessions and group workshops, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with employers and partners to facilitate job placements. You'll monitor program effectiveness, prepare reports on key metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to ensure our services meet evolving needs.
