• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable web applications
• Expertise in modern tech stacks such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud services (AWS/Google Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and software architecture best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior engineers
• Experience in the e-commerce or service marketplace domain is a plus
