• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in a management role leading cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products in an agile environment
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture
• Experience with B2B platform development, including API integrations and payment systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
