• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing mobile app teams
• Proven expertise in mobile development frameworks such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in mentoring and growing engineering teams
• Proficiency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
• Experience in e-commerce or consumer-facing apps is highly desirable
