Your journey begins with foundational JavaScript: mastering data types, objects, and arrays to handle user data efficiently. You'll quickly move to interacting with the DOM, learning to select elements and modify content dynamically. For instance, you'll implement event handling for interactive elements like sliders or modals, making our platform more engaging.
Our mentorship program pairs you with a dedicated lead developer who will walk you through code reviews and debugging sessions. Asynchronous programming will be a focus, teaching you to fetch data from servers without blocking the UI, using fetch API and handling JSON responses. Expect to work on real features, such as building a task list component or improving form interactions, all while receiving constructive feedback.
We prioritize learning at Buildpad, offering time for self-study on topics like closures and prototypes, which solidify your JavaScript understanding.
