• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam or PlanSwift), and basic SQL for data querying
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and market trends
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for collaborating with project teams and vendors
• Certification in Data Analyst fundamentals is required
