Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing project bids, analyzing drawings and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates, sourcing materials and labor quotes from vendors, and collaborating with engineering teams to optimize project budgets. You will also assist in value engineering efforts to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety standards, and provide support during the tendering process by preparing competitive proposals.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in estimating for fire alarm systems or similar electrical/low-voltage installations.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety codes, standards (e.g., NFPA), and building regulations in Argentina.
• Proficiency in estimation software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or Autodesk Takeoff.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate cost projections.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
