As a Facilities Database Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the backbone of our operations by overseeing the database systems that track facility maintenance, resident data, and resource allocation across our network of senior living communities.
Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing database schemas to handle complex facilities data, performing regular backups and recovery procedures, optimizing queries for performance, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations such as PIPEDA. You will collaborate with facilities managers and IT teams to integrate real-time data from building automation systems, troubleshoot issues, and generate insightful reports that inform decision-making for better senior care services.
