• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance operations and compliance roles
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including GAAP, IFRS, and local Argentine financial laws
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for auditing and reporting
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong communication skills
• Experience with risk assessment and compliance auditing preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish
