Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, and performance reporting
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for product development and marketing initiatives
• Assist in budgeting and planning processes, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Monitor key financial metrics and prepare reports for senior management
• Support audits and compliance with financial regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the software or tech industry
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting using tools like Excel, Tableau, or similar
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Knowledge of German GAAP or IFRS standards
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus
