• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in insurance policy issuance or underwriting, preferably with fleet or commercial auto insurance
• Strong knowledge of Mexican insurance regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and insurance management software
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
