We're looking for a Frontend Developer for a 1-year remote contract. You will build and enhance features for our complex single-page application using React and JavaScript. This role involves translating UI/UX designs into high-quality, performant components and collaborating with a distributed team.

We are hiring a Frontend Developer for a long-term contract to help develop and maintain our primary web application. This role focuses on implementing new user-facing features, improving existing functionality, and ensuring our UI is responsive and performant. You will be working with a modern JavaScript stack, primarily using React and its ecosystem.

Project Context:

Our application is a complex data visualization and management tool used by financial professionals. The work involves building interactive charts, complex data grids, and intuitive user workflows. You will collaborate closely with UX designers to bring their visions to life and with backend engineers to integrate with our APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and UI components using JavaScript and React.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Participate in design and code reviews.

This role is perfect for a junior to intermediate developer who is passionate about creating great user experiences and wants to deepen their expertise in modern frontend development. While no certification is required, a solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and React is essential.

• 1-3 years of experience in frontend web development.
