• Strong understanding of IT systems integration, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and digital transformation frameworks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work in multicultural teams
• Experience with regulatory compliance standards in the pharmaceutical sector (e.g., GxP, FDA guidelines)
