• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or reporting, preferably in a multinational environment
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting tools, and reporting software such as Excel, SAP, or Hyperion
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of IFRS or local accounting standards is a plus
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining high productivity and adherence to deadlines
