CMC Partners is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead water and wastewater construction projects in Dallas. This role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving project efficiency to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.

As the General Superintendent - Water/Wastewater at CMC Partners, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of critical infrastructure projects. Safety is paramount, so you will enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and conduct regular audits to minimize risks. Additionally, you will prepare and review progress reports, manage change orders, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster ongoing business opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in water/wastewater construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, and industry best practices for water treatment and wastewater systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
