• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in LATAM countries
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and other LATAM nations
• Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems; experience with Rippling is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish/Portuguese
• Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
