• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on UX/UI for mobile and web applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience conducting user research
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Portfolio showcasing mid-level design projects in digital products, preferably in health or consumer apps
• Excellent communication skills and ability to iterate based on feedback
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design practices
