• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in hardware development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within the technology or broadcast sector.
• Proven track record of leading hardware design projects from concept to production, including PCB design, FPGA programming, and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, embedded systems, and signal processing.
• Experience with industry standards for video production equipment (e.g., SMPTE, ATSC) and regulatory compliance (FCC, CE).
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and foster innovation.
• Proficiency in tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or similar CAD software.
• Strong communication and project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies.
