• Deep knowledge of financial markets, data standards (e.g., FIX, ISO 20022), and regulatory requirements such as MiFID II and GDPR.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, optimizing data distribution systems, and implementing scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools, with experience in cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with fluency in English; Spanish or German is a plus.
