• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in cross-platform development (e.g., React Native, Flutter, or similar frameworks)
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams of 10+ members, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
• Deep expertise in mobile and web technologies, including JavaScript/TypeScript, native iOS/Android development, and cloud services (AWS, GCP)
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable architecture design
• Experience with AI/ML integration in applications is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams
• Proficiency in English; Spanish or Catalan knowledge is advantageous
