GRAM PRECISION is seeking a visionary Head of Digital Products & AI to spearhead our transformation into a digitally empowered organization. In this pivotal role, you will define and execute the roadmap for our digital product portfolio, integrating advanced AI capabilities to optimize precision manufacturing processes and create new value streams for our clients.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with engineering, data science, and business teams to ideate, prototype, and scale AI-enhanced solutions such as predictive maintenance systems, automated quality control, and intelligent supply chain optimization. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years focused on digital products and AI technologies
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in developing and launching AI-integrated products
• Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with experience in agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in the manufacturing or precision engineering sector is a plus
