• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing engineering teams
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering organizations
• Expertise in modern tech stacks including cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong experience in agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and develop talent
• Familiarity with sustainable tech or environmental data processing is a plus
