As the Head of Workplace & Wellbeing at Shine, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our employees' work lives. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will oversee the strategic development and execution of programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. This includes crafting policies for hybrid and remote work environments, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and integrating wellbeing into our core company values.

Your responsibilities will encompass leading a cross-functional team to launch innovative initiatives such as employee assistance programs, stress management workshops, and inclusive diversity efforts. You will collaborate with facilities, IT, and leadership teams to optimize office spaces in Paris and support remote workers globally. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will measure program effectiveness and continuously refine strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, reduce burnout, and boost overall organizational performance.

• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in workplace wellbeing, HR leadership, or employee engagement roles, preferably in a tech or finance company
• Proven track record of designing and implementing wellbeing programs, including mental health support, wellness initiatives, and ergonomic workplace designs
• Strong knowledge of French labor laws, EU regulations on health and safety, and best practices in employee wellbeing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience with data analytics to measure the impact of wellbeing programs on employee retention and performance
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus
