• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner role within the healthcare or manufacturing sector
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
• Proven track record in talent management, organizational development, and change management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
• Ability to travel occasionally within Brazil and internationally as needed
