• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or data analysis roles, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and SQL for querying HR databases
• Strong knowledge of HR systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Experience with statistical analysis and reporting on metrics like employee turnover, engagement, and performance
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
• Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
