• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor laws and EU employment regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish
• Proven ability to manage change, resolve conflicts, and drive employee engagement initiatives
• Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics for informed decision-making
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or equivalent) is a plus
