• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in IAM (Identity and Access Management) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in identity governance, including tools like SailPoint, Okta, or Saviynt.
• Proficiency in SQL for database management and querying identity data.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, LDAP, Active Directory, and OAuth/SAML protocols.
• Experience with automation scripting in Python or PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant IAM credentials are a plus.
