• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP), and health regulations (e.g., FDA, EU MDR).
• Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with automation and robotics in production lines is highly desirable.
