• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in quality operations or operational excellence in an industrial or construction environment
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma)
• Proficiency in French and English; additional languages are a plus
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage cross-functional projects
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the construction or infrastructure sector
