The French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) is seeking a dedicated Study Engineer to support its mission in advancing scientific discovery. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of data-related activities, from initial production and collection through to sophisticated processing and in-depth analysis. You will design and implement surveys to gather high-quality data, apply statistical models to interpret findings, and ensure data integrity and compliance with research standards.
Working within multidisciplinary teams at our Perpignan site, you will collaborate with researchers across biology, environmental science, and social sciences to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive publications and policy impacts. Your expertise will be crucial in developing automated pipelines for data handling, utilizing machine learning techniques where appropriate, and maintaining databases that support long-term research initiatives.
