• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in integrated master scheduling, with at least 3 years in a defense or aerospace sector.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Deltek Cobra.
• Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and DoD acquisition processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with risk management and critical path analysis.
