• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in process reengineering, business analysis, or operations improvement roles
• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, BPMN, or similar software
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and certifications (e.g., Green Belt) preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
