The University of Toronto is seeking an Intermediate Salesforce and System Administrator to join our dynamic IT team on a remote contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring seamless integration with other university systems to support academic programs, student services, and administrative functions.
Key responsibilities include configuring Salesforce environments, developing custom workflows and automations, managing user permissions and profiles, and performing regular system audits to maintain data integrity and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide training to end-users, including faculty and staff.
Additionally, you will handle general system administration tasks such as server monitoring, software updates, backup procedures, and troubleshooting network issues to keep our IT infrastructure running efficiently.
