In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions that align with the university's strategic goals in teaching, research, and administration.

Key responsibilities include customizing Salesforce applications using Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and Process Builder/Flows to automate workflows for student services, faculty management, and donor relations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across integrated systems such as ERP and learning management platforms.

• Certification as a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (preferred).
