Key responsibilities include performing structural analyses using advanced software, preparing detailed design drawings and specifications, conducting site inspections, and providing technical guidance on bridge rehabilitation and new construction. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Ontario or eligibility to obtain one
• 5+ years of experience in bridge design, analysis, and construction, with a focus on steel and concrete structures
• Proficiency in bridge design software such as SAP2000, MIDAS Civil, or CSiBridge
• Strong knowledge of Canadian bridge design codes (CSA S6) and relevant standards
• Experience with load rating, seismic design, and rehabilitation projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills for client interactions and project reporting
