Your expertise will help navigate the complex landscape of EU financial regulations, GDPR, and sector-specific healthcare laws, enabling ArchiMed to make informed, compliant investment decisions.

Key responsibilities include monitoring regulatory changes, supporting due diligence processes, preparing investor communications on legal matters, and liaising with external counsel and regulatory bodies. • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (JD or equivalent) preferred
• 3+ years of experience in legal and regulatory analysis within finance or healthcare sectors
• Strong knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks, particularly in healthcare and investment
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; French is a plus
• Experience with investor relations or compliance in private equity environments
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
