Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to user inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing system, diagnosing and resolving basic IT problems
• Install, configure, and update software applications for end-users
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
• Document support interactions and maintain accurate records in the help desk system
• Support remote access tools and virtual desktop environments
• Participate in IT projects, such as equipment setup or system testing
