• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT solutions or software development
• Proven track record of managing IT projects from inception to completion using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and software integration
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and teams
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Experience in the scientific or healthcare industry is a plus
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana
