• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish/Portuguese
• Ability to work flexible hours to support LATAM time zones
• Certifications in CompTIA A+ or similar are a plus
