• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, including troubleshooting and configuration
• Proficiency in networking fundamentals, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN setup
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk or ServiceNow) and remote desktop tools
• Familiarity with automotive software or ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
• German language proficiency (B2 level or higher) required; English is a bonus
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for urgent issues
