• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles, preferably in a scientific or healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, with strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
